These terms and conditions apply to makeup and hair services provided by Lacorrah Snider to you. Upon booking a makeup application with Lacorrah please read over our Client Service Policies. After completing the safe and secure checkout your deposit will then be received. The best way to ensure satisfaction to each and every client is by making sure the policy is clear. Please note that your deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable to another individual.

SCHEDULING APPOINTMENTS

A deposit of half of your service amount is required at the time of booking.

A service can be booked up to the day of if appoiments are still available. Booking is fully secured upon text confirmation and payment of a deposit.

Booking for Saturday’s should be done well in advance, those slots fill quickly. The booking policy doesn’t only protect the business but also affects affordability and ensures fair treatment to each client.

In the event of rescheduling your deposit may be applied to your rescheduled appointment within 14 days of your original appointment.

Appointments can only be rescheduled once!

PAYMENT

Once a deposit has been received to the nominated account, an appointment confirmation will be sent to the mobile number on file. The balance stated is to be finalized the day of your service appointment or wedding booking. Payment types include credit, debit, cash app, zelle and cash.

PLEASE ARRIVE TO ALL APPOINTMENTS WITH A BARE FACE

Be mindful that in order to have a flawless makeup application we will have to start with a clean canvas ladies.

ACCOMODATING BEFORE AND AFTER BUSINESS HOURS AND HOLIDAYS

All appointments booked before/after business hours and holidays are an additional fee of $25 and will applied to your service.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Thank you for your consideration of the 24-hour cancellation policy if for any reason you need to cancel your service, please notify me in a timely manner. At that time we can also reschedule your booking due to understanding bookings need to be changed. However deposits are non-refundable.

If your makeup appointment is not canceled 24-48 hours in advance a cancellation fee will apply which would be half the service amount.

If the client cancels, no refunds will be given.

If client is a NO CALL or NO SHOW , the full payment will be charged.

PLEASE ARRIVE ON TIME!

Arriving on time or earlier then your scheduled appointment will ensure you don’t miss a minute of your special treatment. Please take into consideration the amount of minutes that you are late will then run into the next scheduled appointment making everyone late going forward. If you are running more than 15 minutes late to your service a late fee of $25 will apply. If appointment exceeds allotted time due to clients delay, an additional fee of $1/min will be charged for each additional minute the client is late.

After 30 minutes your appointment will be canceled with respect to other booked appointments and your deposit will be kept as the cancellation fee.

NO SHOW

No call, no shows, will no longer be able to book for any future appointments.

BRIDAL OR BRIDAL PARTY BOOKINGS

Congratulations on your recent engagement! All makeup bookings require a deposit to secure your appointment and requires a minimum of 6 weeks notice to cancel your booking. If you do not abide by these rules your deposit will be kept and charged as a cancellation fee.
