For a full refund you will have to take a picture of damaged items within 48 hours and email rosebeautycosmetics20@gmail.com. Please explain the issue with your items along with your tracking number and we will contact you with detailed instructions on how to return items and get them replaced. We will not accept any returns of products for any other reasons other than being damaged or defective. Sorry for any inconveniences this may cause.
